"Coworking Space" includes a 48" work table, an ergonomic chair and plenty of power ports in open work areas. "24/7 Access" Coworking Space includes the same as coworking space with a portable locking storage unit and assigned locker. Anytime* means reasonable use. Catering services are extra. The large conference room is discounted for individuals holding 40- or 80- hour packs. All open space and private offices are fully furnished and include all utilities. Printing, fax, and scanning are provided with service (reasonable use). Additional charges may apply for volume usage. 40- hour and 80- hour packs may be used in 2-hour, 4-hour or 8-hour sessions. All packages expire 6 months from purchase. All packages and passes include free coffee, tea and use of a full-service kitchen and lounge area. The large conference room with seating for up to 25 includes a 50-inch display for presentations, and is available for $25 per hour, $90 for a half day and $160 for the full day. Non-profits organizations receive 15% off after hours and weekend usage of conference room. 24/7 access coworking package billed reoccurring on a month to month basis with credit card. 30 day noticed required for discontinuing service.
